NOTICES TO MARINERS.
WEST POINT ANCHORAGE.
1. Masters of vessels are hereby notified that a black diamond shape with a white vertical stripe through it is placed 80 feet to the Eastward of Signal Mast on Green Island, the stripe cutting with Mast in rear, marks the Southern Limit of Anchorage.
2. Northern Limit is defined by a line drawn from the Southern Fairway Buoy N. 43° W. to where it meets the South shore of Sulphur Channel.
3. Eastern Limit is defined by a line drawn from China Merchant Wharf to West Point of Stonecutters' Island.
4. Western Limit is defined by a line drawn from Standard Oil Wharf, "Kennedy Town", to West Point of Stonecutters' Island.

MUTSURE-JIMA LIGHT AND SHIRA-SU LIGHT TO BE ALTERED. NOTICE is hereby given that Mutsure-jima Light and Shira-su Light at the west entrance to Shimonoseki Strait will be altered about the middle of March, 1910, as follows: MUTSURE-JIMA LIGHT.
Character of light :-Fifth order flashing white light, showing one flash every 15 seconds. Candle power :— About 3,500.
SHIRA-SU LIGHT.
Character of light: Sixth order fixed green light.

Candle power : About 30.
Distance visible :-. About 6 nautical miles.
Further notice will be given when the alteration has been effected.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Light-ship Taku, two Buoys marking the Bar, the Buoys marking the entrance to the Ferguson Channel, the two inner Buoys and the two Light Boats will be in position on or about the 1st of March.
