RIDAY, the 18th day of February, 1910, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in the above Matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria aforesaid.
No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt.
Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained at the Official Receiver's Uffice during office hours.
At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtor shall be adjudged Bankrupt.
