NOTICE is hereby given that the TWENTY-

FIRST ORDINARY MEETING of Share-

holders in this Company will be held at the Company's Offices, Victoria Buildings, on Monday the 7th February 1910 at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of receiving the Report of the Directors together with Statement of Accounts for the year ending 31st December 1909.

The Register of Shares of the Company will be closed from Thursday the 3rd February to Monday the 7th February (both days inclu- sive), during which period no transfer of Shares can be registered.
