With reference to the List of Authorised Architects published in Govern- ment Notification No. 3 of the 21st January, 1910, it is hereby notified that the Governor- in-Council has approved of the deletion of the name of PATRICK NICHOLAS HILL JONES from the said List and the addition thereto of the name of ALEC FLEMING CHURCHILL.

The Minutes of the last Meeting, held on the 20th October, 1910, were read and confirmed.

MONGKOKTSUI HARBOUR OF REFUGE.-The Director of Public Works addressed the Council and gave particulars of the contract which has been entered into for the construction of the harbour of refuge at Mongkoktsui.
