An Ordinance to amend the Liquor Licences

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as "The Liquor
Licences Amendment Ordinance, 1910," and it shall be construction. read and construed as one with the Liquor Licences
Amendment Ordinance, 1909,

section 6 of the Liquor Licences Amendment Ordinance, 1909.
Amends
2. Section 6 (a) (1) of the Liquor Licences Amendment Ordinance, 1909, is hereby repealed and the following is substituted therefor :--
(1.) No liquor shall be sold or drunk upon any licensed premises except between the hours of eight o'clock in the morning and twelve o'clock midnight. Provided that the Governor-in- Council may by Order from time to time alter such hours as aforesaid.”
3. Section 15 of the Liquor Licences Amendment Ordin- section 15 of ance, 1909, is hereby amended by the deletion of the the Liquor second additional condition.

BE it cuacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as "The Promissory Oaths Amendment Ordinance, 1910," and shall be read as one with the Promissory Oaths Ordinance, 1869.
