A Volunteer, in order to be reckoned as an under Regulation 30, must be present at the Annual Inspection of the Corps unless enrolled subsequently to the date of inspection or unless he is specially excused by the Commandant or through sickness duly certified, must have fired the musketry course and attended the number of drills laid down in Part 2 of this Schedule.
