BE it enacted by the Governor of Hougkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :--
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pharmacy Further Amendment Ordinance, 1910.
2. Section 3 of the Pharmacy Amendment Ordinance, 1910, shall be re-numbered section 3 (1) and there shall be added to it the following sub-section :--
(2.) The expression Police Officer in this section shall be deemed to include any European Revenue Officer holding a warrant under section 27 of the Liquors Ordinance, 1909, or under any Ordinance amending the same."
