His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the Honourable Sir FRANCIS HENRY MAY, K.C.M.G., to be Chairman, the Honourable Mr. ALEXANDER MACDONALD THOMSON to be an Official Member, and the Honourable Messrs. MURRAY STEWART and EDWARD OSBORNE to be Un-official Members of the Licensing Board in accordance with Section 5 of the Liquor Licences Amendment Ordinance, 1909, (Ordinance No. 46 of 1909).
