Amendemut 6. Section 20 of the Principal Ordinance is hereby

(a) by the repeal of sub-section (1) and the sub-
stitution therefor of the following:—
"(1.) No liquor shall be sold or drunk on the premises liceused except between such hours as may from time to time be fixed for each class of licence by the Governor-in-Conueil.”
(b) by the addition off the following sub-section :
"(8.) It shall be lawful for the Governor- in-Council from time to time to add to, alter, amend, or repeal the regulations contained in this section.”
7. Section 21 of the Principal Ordinance is hereby the Principal repealed. Ordinance.

8. Scetion 28 of the Principal Ordinance is hereby amcuded as follows :-
By the deletion of the words "a wholesale licence or a grocer's licence" in the second and third lines of the said section and the substitution therefor of the words "a dealer's licence".
By the deletion of the words " or the Form No. 13"
in the fourth line of the suid section.
By the deletion of the words "according to the nature of his application" in the fifth line of the same section.
9. Section 29 (1) of the Principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the deletion of the words "wholesale and grocers' licences "in the third line of the said section and the substitution therefor of the words "a dealer's licence".
10. Sub-section (2) of section 36 of the Principal Ordin- ance is hereby amended by the substitution of the figures cipal Ordin- 16 for the figures 13 in the second line thereof.

11. Section 42 of the Principal Ordinance is hereby amended-
(a) by the re-unmbering of sub-section (2) as sub-
section (3):
(b) by the insertion of the following sub-section :-- “(2.) The Governor-in-Council may from time to time make alter and repeal rules for the purpose of regulating the standard of quality of any intoxicating liquors sold under the pro- visions of this Ordinance.”
12. Forms Nos. 4 and 5 in the First Schedule to the Principal Ordinance are hereby repealed.
13. Forms Nos. 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 in the First Schedule to the Principal Ordinance are hereby amended by striking out the word Magistrate" in each of these forms and substituting therefor the words "Licensing Board ".
