No. 683.-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has, under Section 4 of the Liquors Ordinance, 1909, specified Tai O as a port or place into which or from which dutiable liquors and denatured spirits may be imported or exported.
No. 684.-It is hereby notified that Mr. M. J. CONNELL has, by assignment, trans- ferred his "Morning Glory" trade mark, registered on the 27th May, 1908, in respect of Flour in Class 42, to the HARRINGTON MILLING COMPANY of Washington, in the United States of America, Flour Merchants.

No. 685.-It is hereby notified that Mr. LI HING alias HING KEE has, by assign- ment, transferred his "Peacock trade mark, registered on the 22nd October, 1904, in rospect of Sul stances used as food, in Class 42, to Mr. Ko YUEN of No. 144, Queen's Road West, Victoria in this Colony, Merchant.
No. 686.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to direct that until further notice all officers gazetted to be or to act as District Officers or Assistant District Officers for the New Territories shall, upon taking the requisite oaths as prescribed by law, discharge the dutics of Assistant Land Officers, Assistant Superintendents of Police, Collectors of Revenue, and Police Magistrates in and for the said Territories, and shall be authorized under the provisions of Ordinance No. 22 of 1908 to hold a Small Debts Court in the said Territories, and shall perform in the said Territories the duties performed by the Coroner prior to the passing of Ordinance No. 5 of 1888.
