Section 179 of the Hongkong Companies Ordinance, 1865, that a general meeting of the members of the abovenamed company will be held at No. 132 Queen's hond West, Victoria, Hongkong, on Saturday, the 20th day of Nov- ember, 1909, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the uanmer in which the winding-up has been conducted, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts. and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.
