No. 592-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint under the pro- visions of Section 3 of the Vaccination Ordinance, 1890, (Ordinance No. 2 of 1890), CHIU CHIU SHEUNG (E) to be a Public Vaccinator within the Colony and the New Terri-

tories.

No. 593. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, with the approval of the tary of State for the Colonies, to appoint CHARLES ALEXANDER DICK MELBOURNE, ister-at-Law, to be Deputy Registrar and Appraiser of the Supreme Court, with effect

this date.

No. 594-Ilis Excellency the Governor has been pleased, with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint EDWIN RALPIIS to be Second Master, Queen's College, with effect from this date.

No. 595.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to direct that the Harbour Master shall for the time being cease to perform ca oficio the duties of Superintendent of Imports and Exports under the Raw Opium Ordinance No. 9 of 1887, the Sugar Conven- tion Ordinance No. 11 of 1904, and the Liquors Ordinance No. 27 of 1909, and to appoint CHARLES WILLIAM MALBEYSE BECKWITH, Lieutenant, R.N., to discharge those duties until further notice with effect from the 18th instant.

No. 596.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint DAVID WILLIAM TRATMAN to be Second Assistant Registrar General with effect from the 21st instant.
