Distillation and Manufacture,
23.—(1.) All intoxicating liquors distilled made or prepar- ed by any person holding a licence under the provisions of the Liquor Licences Ordinances, 1898-1908, or the Now Territories (Regulation) Ordinance, 1899, shall be deemed to be dutiable liquors and the place of distillation making or preparation shall be deemed to be a licensed warehouse for the purpose of storing such liquors and the person' holding a licence for such place shall for the purposes of this Ordinance be deemed to be the licensee of such licensed warehouse.

PART V.
Keeping of Intoxicating Liquors by Licensees,
26. Every person who holds a Heence under the provisions of the Liquor Licences Ordinances, 1898-1908, or the New Territories (Regulation) Ordinance, 1899, shall (a.) on demand by the Superintendent render an account in writing of the quantity and descrip- tion of the intoxicating liquors in his possession custody or control;
(b.) permit the Superintendent or any revenge officer to enter the premises in which such liquors are stored at any time between the hours of six in the morning and six in the evening and inspect the same.
26. No person who holds a licence as above shall store or keep on his licensed premises any dutiable liquors and in the absence of proof to the contrary any dutiable liquors found on such premises shall be presumed to be stored or kept by such licensee.

PART VI.
Revenue Officers.
27.-(1.) The Superintendent may grant to any person approved by him a warrant in the Form No. 12 in the Schedule to this Ordinance to act as a revenue officer under this Ordinance.
(2.) Every such revenue officer shall be deemed to be a public officer.
(8.) The Superintendent shall have power to withdraw at any time any warrant so granted by him.
(4.) Every revenue officer shall be supplied with a suitable badge of office which shall be returned to the Superintendent when the warrant is withdrawn.
(5.) Every revenue officer when acting against any per- son under this Ordinance shall declare his office and produce his badge of office to the person against whom he is acting.
(6.) Any revenue officer who refuses or neglects to re- turn his badge to the Superintendent in contravention of this Ordinance shall be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months.
