Order made by the Governor-in-Council under Section 2 of the Crown Fees Ordinance, 1870, (Ordinance No. 5 of 1870), this 7th day of September, 1909,

Ordered that the fee of one dollar payable to the Head of the Sanitary Department for a Certificate of Death under Section 19 of Ordinance No. 7 of 1896, entitled The Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance, is in the case of soldiers, hereby reduced to 10 cents in each case.
