No. 492.-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-in-Council has given directions for the rescission of Proclamation No 3 of the 12th July, 1909, declaring Amoy to be a port or place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevails, and that the same is hereby rescinded.
