BREWERY LIMITED of Victoria in the ORDINANCES OF HONGKONG
Colony of Hongkong has on the 27th day of March 1909 applied for the registration. in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz. :—
A map of the China Sea and the adjacent coasts and waters enclosed in a circle with a monogram consisting of the letters O. B. in the centre. Above are the words ORIENTAL BREWERY LIMITED in English and Chinese, in the name of the said ORIENTAL BREWERY LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof. The Applicants disclaim all right to the exclusive use of the letters O. B. except in the form of the monogram above referred to.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods respectively, in the following class respectively, viz. :---
Beer, in Class 43.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong.
