COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEpartment.
No. 435.-It is hereby notified for the guidance of all concerned that His Majesty the King has ruled that flags should be flown at half-mast on the day of the death of any Foreign Sovereign and also on the day of the funeral.
No. 436. It is hereby notified that information has been received from H. B. M.'s Consul at Newchwang to the effect that Hongkong has been declared an infected port.
No. 437.—It is hereby notified that Messrs. Kwong YEE WING & Co., carrying on business at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong and elsewhere as Flour Merchants, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 90 of 1909, as applied to Flour, in Class 42; and that the same has been duly registered.
