OTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM HOLLINS & Co., Lтn., of 25-26, New- gate Street, London, England, Spinners and Manufacturers, have on the 26th day of April, 1909, applied for the registration in Hong- kong in the begister of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-

in the name of WILLIAM HOLLINS & Co.. LTD., who claim to be the proprietors thereof. The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of "Articles of Clothing in Class 38.
The Trade Mark has been in use by the Applicants and their predecessors in business şince the year 1907.

OTICE is hereby given that by an In- denture dated the 8th June 1909 made between FRANCISCO DE PAULA DANENBERG, Aerated Water Manufacturer, of the one part and FRANCISCO XAVIER D'ALMADA E CASTRO of the other part the several chat- tels and things specifically described in the Schedule annexed to the said Indenture were assigned to the said FRANCISCO XAVIER D'ALMADA E CASTRO by way of security for the payment of the sum of $7,000 and interest thereou.
