"OTICE is hereby given that H. RUTTON- JEE & SON of No. 5 D'Aguilar Street, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Wine and Provision Merchants, have on the 20th day of October, 1908, applied for the registra- tion in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-

The word "LOTUS" printed on Blue,

White and/or Red paper,

in the name of H. RUTTONJEE & SON, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods,

viz.:-

Substances used as food or as ingredients

in food. in Class 42.

A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and also at the Offices of the Un- dersigned.
