The West Spit Buoy has been discontinued.

All bearings given are magnetic.

No. 361.-Terms of proposed Lease of Foreshore and Sea Bed, situate at Tsing I, New Territories.

Notice is hereby given under Section 3 of the Foreshores and Sea Bed Ordinance, 1901, that it is proposed by His Excellency the Governor to grant under the said Ordinance a lease of the Foreshore and Sea Bed or Land covered by the Sea situate at Tsing I, in the New Territories, in the Colony of Hongkong, the particulars and area whereof are specified in the Schedule hereto, and the Limits and Boundaries whereof are shown on a plan which is deposited and may be seen at the District Land Office, Beaconsfield, Hongkong, such Lease to be granted for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the option of renewal by the Lessee for a further term of 24 years less the last three days thereof at a re-assessed Crown Rent. The Lease to be in the usual form of Lease of Build- ing Lands in the New Territories and to contain a special covenant that the Lessee shall have no right of access to the Sea.
