BE it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Public Service Short title. Transfer of Duties Ordinance 1909.
PART 1.
Transfer of certain duties from the Governor and the Colonial Secretary to the Captain Superintendent of Police.
