No. 328.-It is hereby notified that in future permission will not be given to trading companies to make use on registration of the prefix Imperial" or other title suggesting Royal or Government support or patronage, unless the Company making the application shall have some real Imperial or Crown connection which gives a well-founded claim to recognition or unless it can be shewn on clear evidence that there is a long bona fide user and the name is so used as not to convey any suggestion of Government patronage or sup- port.

Government Notification No. 554 of the 12th August, 1908, is hereby cancelled.

The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Kent as Building Lots subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906. The purchaser of Lot No. 408 will be permitted to construct a grave thereon.

The amount to be spent in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 on each of the Lots Nos. 468, 1091 and 1092 is $100, and on Lot No. 407 is $25.

Re-alteration in Character of the Light at Muttum Point Deferred.

NOTICE is hereby given that the alteration in character of the light at Muttum Point proposed in this office Preliminary Notice to Mariners No. 7 of 1909 has been postponed.

Further notice will be given of the dates of extinguishing and re-lighting.
