SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The Purchaser shall within 6 months of the date of sale fill in the nullah coloured green upon the said plan between the points marked A and B thereon and shall construct a fresh channel in such direction and at such levels as the Director of Public Works may approve and to his satisfaction in all respects.
2. The Purchaser shall not creet any buildings on either of the Lots without first obtaining from the Land Officer a Building Licence and on such Licence being granted the Purchaser shall pay an additional premium at the rate of 3 cents per square foot, and an additional Crown Rent at the rate of $130 per acre in respect of the land converted into building land.
3. The Government shall at any time after the date of sale be entitled to resume the whole or any portion of the Lots sold which may be required for a public purpose or pur- poses and which have not been converted into Building Land under Condition 2 upon pay- ment of compensation at the rate of 2 cents per square foot.
4. In the event of such resumption compensation shall be paid for any trees then growing upon the area or areas resumed at a valuation to be made by the Land Officer.
No. 300.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Tai Po, at 10 a.m., on Saturday, the 22nd day of May, 1909.
The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 2 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906.
The amount to be spent in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 is $100.
