Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Wireless Tele- Short title graphy Ordinance 1909 and shall be read and construed as one with the Wireless Telegraphy Ordinance 1903.
