No. 185.-It is hereby notified that information has been received from the Military Authorities that Gun Practice will be carried out as under:—

On Monday, the 22nd March :-

From Western F.C. in a South-Westerly through West to North-Westerly direction, at ranges up to 10,000 yards, commencing at 9.30 a.m., and finishing at 1 p.m.

On Monday, the 29th March:-

From Eastern F.C. in a South-Westerly direction, at ranges up to 10,000

yards, commencing at 10 a.m., and finishing at 1 p.m.

On Tuesday, the 30th March :-

From Eastern F.C. in a North-Easterly to Easterly direction, at ranges up to

6,000 yards, commencing at 7 p.in., and finishing at 10 p.m.

If the weather is unfavourable on any of the above dates, practice will take place on the following day.

All ships, junks and other vessels are to keep clear of the ranges.

No. 186.-It is hereby notified for general information that the registration of a Memorial of Re-entry by the Government of House No. 61 in Ping Kong Village in Survey District No. 91 on the 29th day of January, 1903, has been cancelled.

No. 187.—It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Beaconsfield, Hongkong, at 2.30 p.m., on Tuesday, the 23rd day of March, 1909.

The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as Agricultural Lots subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Govern- ment Notification No. 365 of 1906 and to the special conditions hereunder specified.
