SHOALING OF ENTRANCE TO MIN RIVER.
NOTICE is hereby given that, owing to the shoaling of the entrance to the Min River between No. 1 Fairway and No. 2 Fairway Buoys and also inside of No. 3 Fairway Buoy, it is unadvisable for vessels drawing more than 232 feet to attempt to enter the port of Foochow.
It is anticipated that increased depth will be obtained during the S.W. monsoon. Such increase, if it occurs, will be duly notified.
