TOBACCO MANUFACTURY C. INGEN. OHL of Mong Kok in the Colony of Hongkong Tobacco Manufacturers have on the 11th day of December 1908 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :-

The word "Grandasia" surmounting a figure of a woman draped in a flow- ing garment with a bird on her head sitting on a throne with the sun at her back between two clephants' heads with her right arm resting on one bead holding a wreath, her left arm resting on the back of the throne and holding a branch of a tree at her left side is a cornucopia the whole standing on a carpet in front of her are two sitting figures holding each a fan on either side of a fancy lectern; on the right side are a dragon a temple and eight figures onc leading a tiger, on the left side are two figures two boats on some water two houses a pagoda shrubs and a dragon.

2. The words The Orient Tobacco Manu- factury " in Roman and Chinese characters and the name "C. In- genobl" the whole being surrounded by a fancy border,

The Orient Tobacco at the top and Manufactury Victoria "at the bottom written in homan characters and the equivalent thereof in thinese charac- ters at the side and the letters “ 0.T.” in each corner.

meaning the Orient Tobacco Manu- factury, printed in a label horizontal- ly in red in the centre of other printed words in English and Chinese descriptive of the goods to which such label is applied and the manu facturers thereof, being the Ap- plicants,
