No. 92. It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Tai Po, at 10 a.m., on Saturday, the 13th day of February, 1909.

The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906.

The amount to be spent in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 is $100.

CAPE ST. ALBANS? LIGHT.

Unwatched Light.

REFERRING to Notice to Mariners, No. 28 of 1908, Masters of Vessels and others are hereby informed that a Fixed White Light of the Fourth Order, showing white between the bearings of E.S.E. and West by South, and Red from West by South to North over the Scraper Shoal, and until obscured by Cape Willoughby, is now shown from a masonry Tower painted White, the focal plane being about 120 feet above high water. The above- mentioned bearings are correct magnetic and as from seaward. Approximate position--- Latitude, 35° 48′ 40′′ S.; Longitude, 138° 7′ 25′′ E.

This affects Admiralty Charts 2389A, 1014, and 25.
