No. 49. Mr. AUGUSTUS SHELTON HOOPER and Dr. GERARD HALL LLOYD FITZ- WILLIAMS were duly elected to be Members of the Sanitary Board at the Election held on the 20th instant in accordance with Government Notification No. 17 of the 12th instant.

No. 50. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to recognise Mr. GASTON ERNEST LIEBERT, Consul for France, as being in charge of the Spanish Consulate in Hong- kong until further notice.

No. 51.-It is hereby notified that salt may be exported in bond and without pay- ment of duty from India to Hongkong under certain regulations drawn up by the Govern- ment of India, which may be seen upon application at this Office.

No. 52. It is hereby notified that AARON P. ORDWAY, of New York, State of New York, doing business under the name of A. P. ORDWAY & Co., of New York, State of New York, United States of America, has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of his Mark No. 6 of 1909, as applied to Medicines, in Class 3; and that the same has been duly registered.

It is hereby notified that BRITISH CIGARETTE COMPANY, LIMITED, of 18, Bank Buildings, Queen's Road, Hongkong, Tobacco Manufacturers, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 7 of 1909, as applied to Manufactured Tobacco, in Class 45; and that the same has been duly registered.

No. 55.-It is hereby notified that The LINCOLN & MIDLAND COUNTIES Drug Com- PANY, of Park Street Works, Lincoln, England; Manufacturing Chemists and Wholesale Druggists, has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of its Mark No. 9 of 1909, as applied to Patent Medicines, in Class 3; and that the same has been duly registered.
