NOTICE is hereby given that the Supreme
Court of Hong Kong, has, in accordance with Section 58 of the Probate Ordinance, 1897, made an Order limiting the time for sending in claims against the above Estate to! the 17th day of January, 1928.
All claims against the estate should be sent in by that date to the undersigned.

"N pursuance of Section3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Lai
Yeung, (黎揚), of Yaumati in the Colony
of Hong Kong, carrying on business under the
style of Tsui Po Tea House, (寶眞),
at No 41, Shanghai Street. Yaumiati, aforesaid
is desirous of transferring the said business of
the said Teun Po Tea House, together with the furniture, stock-in-trade, goodwill, etc., to Lam
Yik Chiu,(林玉昭), of 2nd floor, No. 32, Clarence Street, who is the transferee), on the 10th day of 1st Moon, Mo San Year.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at No. 41, Shanghai Street, Yaumati, aforesaid and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in the said business.
