OTICE is hereby given that at an Extra- ordinary General Meeting of The Macao Aerial Transport Company, Limited, duly con- vened and held at the Registered Office of the Company, Prince's Building, Ice House Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 6th day of October, 1927, the following Re- solution was duly passed as an Extraordinary Resolution and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the said Company also July convened and held at the same place on the 21st day of October, 1927, the same Resolu- tion was duly confirmed as Special Res lution, accordingly, viz:-
