No S. 313.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the Purchase of Pine Trees, Brushwood and Prunings from Trees", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 19th day of November, 1927, for the purchase of Pine Trees, Brushwood and Prunings from Trees from the Botanical and Forestry Department for the year 1928.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for supplying Blacksoil and Turfing", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 19th day of November, 1927, for supplying blacksoil and turfing to the Botanical and Forestry Department during the year 1928.

It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for making Tree Pits, Planting Trees and Sowing Seeds in situ", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 19th day of November, 1927, for making tree pits, planting trees and sowing tree seeds in situ for the Botanical and Forestry Department during the year 1928.
