HE above-named Joseph Louis Durand and Marie Flint, Partners in the Businesses carried on under the Styles or Firm Names of of the Café Restaurant Parisien, Au Chic Pari- sien, Madam Flint, The Beauty Parlour Pari- siana and The Europe Asia Trading Company, Pedder Building, Pedder Street, and No. 11, Ice House Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, were adjudicated Bankrupt on the 20th day of October, 1927, and the Official Receiver, was appointed Trustee of the Estates of the Bankrupts.

Notice is hereby given that Lai Yau Kwong, of Lai Tang Fong Tong and Cheung Yip Chi. of Cheung Yee Hau Tong both of Shaukiwan, in the Colony of Hong Kong, Managing partners of the Cheong Kee Firm, Grocers carrying on business at No. 44, Main Street, Shaukiwan, aforesaid intend to transfer the said business and the book debts to Chau Shing Cheong, of Shaukiwan, afore- said on the 18th day of November, 1927.
The Transferee intends to carry on the business at the same place under the said firm name, of Cheong Kee and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in the said business.

Jurisdiction, between Owen Chan, Plaintiff and Snowman and Company and Clifford Edgcumbe and Albert Washington Snowman partners therein, Defendants" and dated the 15th day of October, 1927, the Plaintiff of No. 2, Ying Fai Terrace, Victoria, Hong Kong, claimed against the Defendants, the said Snowman and Company and Clifford Edgcumbe both of Prince's Building, Ice House Street, Victoria, aforesaid and the said Albert Washington Suowman of No. 26, Ryvansella, Copenhagen, Denmark, the sum of $1,121,00 being the balance of salary due to the Plaintiff by the Defendants.

Lowe, Bingham and Matthews, Charter- ed Bank Building, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid, Garnishees which said Writ is endorsed as follows:-
