Application for Registration of Four Trade Marks.
OTICE is hereby given that The United
Kingdom Tobacco Company, Limited,
of 74-80 Middlesex Street, London, E. Tobacoo Manufacturers, have, on the 5th day of May,
in the name of the said Messrs. Woo Brothers, who claim to be the proprie 1927, applied for the registration in Hong *tors thereof.
The above two Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of Petroleum Products, in Class 47, for upwards of 2 years now last past.
The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the Chinese characters and English words appearing on the above No. 1 Mark except “Cow Brand" and (4), and all the Chinese characters and English words appearing on the above No. 2 Mark.
Facsimiles of the above two Marks are deposited for inspection in the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the office of the Undersigned.
