in the name of the said Messrs. Hnds n Motor
Car Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The above Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of Autom biles, automobile parts and accessories, in Class 22.
The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the triangle surrounding the words, and of the words "SUPER SIX".
The above mark is associated with Trade Mark No. 88 of 1925,
