Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants, since 11th February, 1925. Trade Mark 2 has been used by the applicants since 17th May 1923, and Trade Mark 3 has been used by the Applicants since 17th December 1925, all in respect of the following goods :--
Chemical substances (included in Class 2), including petroleum products, insecticides,
disinfectants, deodorants, detergents and cleansing compounds, in Class 2.
Trade Mark 4 has been used by the Applicants since 26th March, 1925, and Trade Mark 5 has been used by the Applicants since 17th May, 1923, both in respect of the following goods:
Sprayers, pumps, squirt guns, atomizers, sprinkling apparatus, containers, cans and other means of distributing, using or applying insecticides, disinfectants, deodorants, detergents and cleansing compounds, in Class 11.
Trade Marks, 1, 2 and 3 are to be associated with one another and with Trade Mark No. 2 of 1926.
Trade Marks 4 and 5 are to be associated with each other.
