The above Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Tooth Brushes, in Class 50 since 1905.

The colour of the Mark is a yellow ground with two brushes thereon in white and printing in red, black and white.

Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the device of a tooth brush. The "Brush" mark is associat- ed with Trade Mark No. 199 of 1921.

Facsimiles of the said Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and at the Office of the undersigned.
