OTICE is hereby given that a Petition, has been presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong for confirming resolu- tions of the above Company from reducing its capital £60,000 to £25,3.0. By an allidavit of MA JOE YOUNG the Manager of the above named Company in the sand matter, on the 11th day of August, 1927, it appears that to the best of his knowlege, information and belief there was not on the 27th day of June, 1927, the day fixed by the Order in this matter daterd the 22ni day of July, 1927, any debt or claim which, if such date were the commence- nment of the winding-up of the said Company: would be admissible to proof against the said Company.
