The meeting for the purpose of deciding whether the above resolution shall be confirmed will be held at the Off'c'al Receiver's Office, on Monday, the 22nd day of August, 1927, at 12 noon.
The proposal for a scheme of Composition can be confirmed only by a majority in num- ber, representing three-fourths in value, of all the creditors who have proved, and is subject to the approval of the Court.
