OTICE is hereby given, that the business
of the Sik Sik, Retaurant carried on at Nos. 90 and 92, Reclamation Street, and on the 1st and 2nd floors, of Nos. 88 and 94, Re- clamation Street, Yaumati, in the Colony of Hong Kong, will be transferred on the 30th day of August, 1927. The names and ad- dresses of the Transferors are :-Pong Yin Chow aud Pong Nam both of the same place. The name and address of the Transferce is Chan Fook Chau, of No. 112, Wellington Street, Victoria, in the said Colony of Hong Kong.
The Transferee intends to carry on the business at Nos. 90 and 92, Reclamation Street, and on the 1st and 2nd floors, of Nos. 88 and 94, Reclamation Street, Yaumati, aforesaid, and is not assuming any of the liabilities in- curred in the business by the Transferors.

OTICE is hereby given that Cheung Kee Company and Wo Kee Company, owners of the Wang Cheung Loong, piece goods firm, at No. 147, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, through their duly and fully authorized re- presentative Kung Cheung, transferred the business of the said firm to Hop Shing Tong, including the good will, money loans,ținsurance, electric light deposit with the Hong Kong Electric Company, Limited, and all the goods ordered before July 21st, 1927, by the said firm but not yet delivered. All debts incurred by Cheung Kee Company and Wo Kee Con- pany, have been settled and hereafter Cheung Kee Company and Wo Kee Company, will not be responsible for any commitments made by or complications relating to the said firm.

Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Aantanal Company, duly convened
and held at Des Voeux Road Ceutral, on Tues- day, the 5th day of July, 1927, the following Extraordinary Resolutions were duly passed; and at a second Extraordinary Meeting, duly convened and held at the same place on Wednesday, the 20th day of July, 1927, were duly confirmed as Special Resolutions, viz :-
1. That the Company he wound up
voluntarily.
2. That John Fleming, c.a. and II. R. M. Cleland, Ca.," both of Lowe, Bingham and Matthews be, and are hereby appointed Liquidators to act either jointly or severally for the purpose of such winding-up.

N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudul- ent Transfer of Business Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923. Notice is hereby given that by an Indenture dated the 23rd day of July, 1927, Chiu Shi Pik of No. 113, Wanchai Road, Victoria, Hong Kong, transfers his one third equal share in the $10,000.00 share standing in the name of the Chin Sam Yin Tong, in the Tin Tak Bank of No. 100, Bouliam Strand, Victoria, aforesaid to Lai Iu San of No. 97, Wanchai, Victoria, aforesaid.
It is not intended that the Transferee should assume the liabilities incurred in the business
by the Transferor.
