No. S. 122.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked "Tender for Shing Mun Valley Water Scheme, 1st Section:-Filter Beds, Bridges &c. at Sheklaipui", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 7th day of June, 1927, for the construction of a reinforced concrete and brickwork Administration House, eight reinforced concrete rapid gravity Filter Beds and two reinforced concrete Bridges (Contract No. 44 of 1927).
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For Form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

NOTICE TO MARINERS.

Obstruction to Navigation.
It is hereby notified for the information of masters of all vessels that on and after 1st June, 1927, and until further notice, dredging operations will be carried out in the vicinity of Penguin Shoal.
Three timber dolphins marked by red flags by day and red fixed lights by night will be constructed in the navigation channel and will form a danger to navigation.
Masters of all vessels are warned to proceed dead slow when approaching and passing this area.

No. S. 118. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Filling Areas at Tong Mi and Kowloon Tong", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 7th day of June, 1927.
(A) Filling in Areas at Tong Mi between Lai Chi Kok Road and Taipo Road. (B) Filling in Areas at Kowloon Tong East and West of Nathan Road Extension.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
