pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance, No. 25
of 1923. Notice is hereby given that Li Shiu Hong, has assigned all his one third share and interest of and in the goodwill, stock-in-trade, assets furniture and fixtures of the business or trade in the Kwong Tai Company, of No. 6, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, Hong Kong, on the 29th day of April, 1927, to Mak Kui, whose address is No. 82, Connuaght Road Central, Hong Kong.
And notice is hereby further given that the said Mak Kui, intends to carry on the said business or trade as the above mentioned pre- mises under the style or firm name of Kwong Tai Company, as heretofore.
The transferee does not assume any of the liabilities incurred in the business by the transferor on or after the 28th day of May, 1927.

That this meeting authorises the Direc- tors to pay to the Executor of the late Sir Catchick Paul Chater, C.M.G., the "Managing Director's fees In suspense shown in the Company's last Balance Sheet, which represent the proportion, calculated up to the date of his death, of the remuneration to which the deceased would have become entitled, if he had survived to the end of the year, under Article No. 95 (B) of the Articles of Associa- tion.
