Application for registration of a Trade Mark.
OTICE is hereby given that The Coca-Cola Company, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, doing business in the City of Atlanta, County of Fulton, State of Georgia, United States of America, have, on the 12th day of January, 1927, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the follow- ing Trade Mark :-
Coca-Cola
in the name of The Coca-Cola Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants since 28th June, 1887, in respect of the following goods :-
Mineral and aerated waters, natural and artificial, including ginger
beer, in Class 44.
