(), of Victoria, in Colony of Hong
Kong, carrying on business under the style or firm name of "Tak Wo Tong, Chinese Medicine Shop and "Wo Shing,' Money Changers, at No. 2, Haiphong Road, Tsimsha tsui, in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong, is desirous of transferring the said business of the said Tak Wo Tong and the said Wo Shing to Wing Chik Tong of No. 31, Canton Road, Yaumati, aforesaid (who are the transferees), on the 11th day of March, 1927.
The Transferees intends to carry on the said
businesses at No. 2, Haiphong Road, Tsin-
shatsui aforesaid, and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in the said Businesses.
