HIS is to declare that having taken the direction of the Chinese Hotel "Chung- Hing-Chan" situated at No. 126, Connaught Road, as Manager for a period of over ten years, I have on the 28th day of the 11th moon of this Chinese year liquidated the whole accounts of the said hotel owing to the landlord claiming to get back the premises.

Capitals and interests have thus been clearly distributed at the presence of all on the same date and other accounts have also been

liquidated, so that everything is now in order

without any unsettled question.

are the transferees), of Victoria, aforesaid partners of the said Sam Loong Sui Kee Firm.

The Transferees intends to carry on the said business under the style or firm name of Sam

following Resolution was passed as an Extra- Loong Po Kee Firm, (EMI),

ordinary Resolution : —

"That by reason of its liabilities the Company cannot continue its busi- ness and that it it advisable to wind up the same voluntarily and that Arthur George Waller be, and he hereby is, appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding- up.
