NOTICE is hereby given that the Goodwill
except the Book Debts), and Stock in trade of the business of the Kwong Chow Hotel Company, Limited, Nos. 576, 578, 580 and 582, Queen's Road West, Victoria, Hong Kong, has been sold by the Liquidator in the winding-up of the Company, on the 31st day of December, 1926, to Ng Yee Cham and Lee Chew Nam, both of Victoria. Hong Kong, Merchants, who intend to carry on the said business under the same name without the word "Limited", at the same address.
The said Ng Yee Cham and Lee Chew Nam will not assume any liabilities incurred by the Kwong Chow Hotel Company, Limited, in the suid business prior to the said 31st day of December, 1926.

Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of Cheong Yue S. S.
