Appointment made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under section 40 of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 9 of 1911, this 19th day of October, 1927.
The Head of the Sanitary Department is hereby appointed to exercise all the duties in connexion with the issue of eating-house licences which were under the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, vested in the Treasurer, other than the receipt of fees for such licences, which fees shall be paid to the Treasurer on or before the issue of the licences.
