To the respective Owners of Section A, Section B and the Remaining Portion of Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 1, Wong Nei Chong Lots Nos. 6 and 11, Section A of Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 14 and Wong Nei Chong Lots Nos. 77, 97 and 127.

No. 537. It is hereby notified that the Governor in Council having decided that the resumption of the properties respectively registered in the Land Office as Section A, Section B and the Remaining Portion of Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 1, Wong Nei Chong Lots Nos. ü and 11, Section A of Wong Nei Chong Lot No. 14 and Wong Nei Chong Lots Nos. 77, 97 and 127 are required for a public purpose and in the opinion of the Governor private negotiations for the purchase thereof having failed, or it appearing that the owners are absent from the Colony or cannot be found, the said properties and all rights, easements and appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining will be resumed by the Crown on the expiration of four months from the publication of this notice and thereupon such compensation in respect of such resumptions will be paid as may be awarded in the manner provided by the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance

SUPREME COURT.

No. 538. — The Offices of the Supreme Court will be open daily from 10 a.m. to I p.m. during the Long Vacation, except on Public and General Holidays, when the offices will be entirely closed, and on Saturdays, when they will be open from 10 a.m. to noon, subject, however, to the provisions of section 5 of the Supreme Court (Vacations) Ordinance, 1898, so far as relates to the Criminal Sessions. The Long Vacation com- mences on the 20th instant, and terminates on the 17th October, 1927, (both days inclusive).
