11.-NEGLECT OF DUTY.
(a) By carelessness or neglect allowing a prisoner to escape.
(6) Failing, when knowing where any offender is to be found, to report the same, or to make due exertions for making him amenable to justice. (e) Wilfully omitting to make any necessary entry in any official docu-
ment or book.
12.- OPPRESSIVE CONDUCT.
(a) Oppressive or tyrannical conduct to any other member of the force. (b) Wilfully making any false complaint or statement against any member
of the force.
13.- UNLAWFUL OR UNNECESSARY EXERCISE OF AUTHORITY.
(a) Without good and sufficient cause making any unlawful or unnecessary
arrest.
(b) Using any unnecessary violence to any prisoner or other person with whom he may be brought into contact in the execution of his duty.
1.-ABSENCE WITHOUT LEAVE.
Class B.
(a) Absent from drill parade, inspection, Police Court or other duty. (b) Absent from hospital.
(c) Absent from Special Reserve squad.
(d) Late for any duty.
(e) Late in reporting off duty.
2.-DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY.
(a) Carelessly causing any waste, loss or damage to any article of clothing or accoutrement or to any book, document or other property of the Government served out to him or used by him or entrusted to his
care.
(6) Failing to report any loss or damage as above.
3.-DISOBEDIENCE OF ORDERS.
Omitting or neglecting through carelessness or forgetfulness to carry out
any lawful order written or otherwise.
4.-DRINKING ON DUTY OR SOLICITING DRINK.
(a) Without the consent of his superior officer drinking or receiving from
any other person any intoxicating liquor when on duty.
(6) Demanding or endeavouring to persuade any other person to give him or to purchase or obtain for him any intoxicating liquor when on duty.
5.-FALSEHOOD OR PREVARICATION,
(a) Negligently making any false or misleading statement.
6.—IMPROPERLY DRESSED.
(a) While on duty being improperly dressed, or dirty or untidy in his
person, clothing or accoutrements.
(b) When parading for duty failing to carry accoutrements, as directed by
the Captain Superintendent of Police.
