Supplementary Appropriation Bill.--The Colonial Secretary addressed the Coun- cil and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sun of One million and eighty-three thousand eight hundred and ninety-two Dollars and forty-two Cents to defray the Charges of the year 1926.

9. Public Revenue Protection Bill.-The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to protect the revenue of the Colony.
